Booking Policy

1. Appointment & Booking Policy
  • All appointments must be booked in advance , we dont accept walk-ins .
  • Some services (an hour or longer ) require a deposit to secure the appointment.
  • Booking appointment outside working hours requires $20 squeeze in fee
 
2 . Deposit Policy
  • Deposit is required for any service that is one hour or more longer
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 24hours or don’t show up .
  • Deposits can be transferred to a new date only once if rescheduled within the allowed time.
  • Your appointment will not be confirmed until deposit is done.
 
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • Please provide 24–48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
  • No-shows will be charged or may require a deposit for future bookings.
  • You can’t cancel any longer service last minute during your appointment in salon , prior notice is required.
 
4. Late Arrival Policy
  • A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed.
  • Arrivals after the grace period may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.
 
5. Service Guarantee Policy

We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied:

  • Please contact us within 24–48 hours.
  • We will offer a fix or touch-up if the service did not meet the expected result.
  • No refunds for services already performed.
  • All the products sold are final sale.
 
6. Consultation Policy
  • Clients with allergies, sensitive skin, or medical concerns must inform the technician before the service.
  • Some services may require you to come in person for consultation.
 
7. Hygiene & Safety Policy
  • No extra guests or children allowed in the service area (for safety reasons)
  • Clients must arrive with clean hair/face depending on the service (e.g., no eye makeup for lash services)
 
8. Product or Aftercare Policy
  • Aftercare instructions will be provided.
  • Results depend on following aftercare.
  • The salon is not responsible for results affected by not following the instructions.
 
9. Respect & Behavior Policy
  • We maintain a respectful, professional environment.
  • Abusive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service.
